Booking your station collection

Tell us the station name, travel date, train operator and service or origin, scheduled arrival time, destination and passenger numbers. Provide a mobile contact number and agree your meeting point when booking.

For a pre-booked collection at Stoke-on-Trent station, agree the exact meeting point with our team before you travel. Avanti West Coast station information places the taxi pick-up point at the north end of Platform 1. Follow the location confirmed for your booking and the station signs, as vehicle access arrangements can vary.

Local journeys are metered. For longer transfers, contact us with your route and travel details to discuss pricing. Ask about any waiting or parking charges that may apply.
